This week sees our 2007 harvest in full swing. We are harvesting several varieties of early potatoes, including Charlotte and Maris Peer, as well as Organic Maris Peer. We have also begun harvesting our organic onions, which means that there is a fantastic smell around the farm!

Our harvest workforce is now at full strength, with many of them involved in the harvest of our organic beetroot, which is bunched for supply to several Organic Box Schemes.

We have also begun our cultivations for next year's crops.
